What Renewal Resources are Available to Me?

Need help selecting a plan that will meet your needs? There are several options for getting help:
  • Renewal website. Visit medica.com/IndividualRenewal for more information and details to help you make a decision.
  • Marketplace customer service (healthcare.gov). Call 1-800-318-2596 (TTY: 1-855-889-4325). Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • If you are a Minnesota resident, contact MNsure by calling 1-855-366-7873 or visit MNsure.org.
  • Your broker or agent. If you work with a licensed agent or broker, they are your best resource for making a plan selection for 2020.
  • Medica customer service. Call the number of the back of your ID card (TTY: 711), Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central. Closed 8-9 a.m. Thurs.
